Celestal

Celestal, a French DJ and producer, has earned acclaim for his polished electronic pop infused with worldwide sensibilities. Breakthrough success arrived in 2018 through "Old School Romance," while later club traction arrived via cuts such as 2019's "Voodoo," 2022's "Out in Style" with Rachel Pearl, and 2023's "Beautiful Lie" with Devon Graves.

Cedric Lorrain, born in Verdun, France, first touched instruments near age five and absorbed classical and jazz instruction throughout childhood. After secondary school he enrolled at music conservatory even as he experimented with electronic production techniques. Early work centered on remixing, yielding versions of material by Shakira, Britney Spears, the Black Eyed Peas, and additional acts. In 2018 Celestal issued "Old School Romance" featuring singer Rachel Pearl and Grynn; the single spread virally, tallying millions of streams and reaching dance charts across Europe. Further singles arrived, among them 2019's "Voodoo" (also featuring Pearl) and 2022's "Out in Style" with Cecilia Krull. He released the moody anthem "Beautiful Lie" in 2023, spotlighting vocalist Devon Graves and classical guitar flourishes by Grynn.
