Biography
Citay is an ensemble rooted in acoustic interpretations of classic rock, folk, and psychedelic sounds, bringing together Ezra Feinberg, a multi-instrumentalist from Piano Magic, alongside Tim Green, the guitarist from Fucking Champs. What started as a purely studio-based project has evolved into a performing group that incorporates players from like-minded stoner rock bands including Land and Sea, Tussle, and Horn of Dagoth. Their first album, issued under the name Citay by Important Records, appeared in 2006. The follow-up, Little Kingdom, came out via Dead Oceans the next year.
