Biography
Crystal Knives serves as the performing alias for Spencer Mutsch, a Milwaukee-based producer and songwriter working in electronic music, who achieved mainstream breakthrough in 2018 via the club-oriented track “Mannequin,” which featured Casey Cook. Later collaborations with Ivish on “So Numb,” Kayla Diamond on “Beautiful Chaos,” and Lex Allen on “Spooky, Scary Skeletons”—the last of these reaching the TikTok Top 50 in 2024—further established Mutsch within the EDM mainstream.
