Biography
Electric Touch arose in Austin from the ashes of the U.K. outfit IV Thieves and Houston, Texas’s Bojones, an unexpected pairing that placed an Englishman among southeastern Texas musicians. Shane Lawlor, Christopher Leigh, Ross Dubois, and Louis Messina, Jr. assembled the group and swiftly attracted listeners through strong shows at Coachella and South by Southwest. The quartet’s first full-length, cut with producer Chris Smith, surfaced in mid-2008. Electric Touch reappeared in 2012 with the follow-up album Never Look Back.
