Fools Garden

In 1991 the German pop outfit Fool's Garden came together, its members consisting of vocalist Peter Freudenthaler, guitarist Volker Hinkel, bassist Thomas Mangold, keyboardist Roland Röhl and drummer Ralf Wochele. Their first album, Once in a Blue Moon, arrived in 1993, and two years afterward the band released the follow-up Dish of the Day, which landed an Asian chart hit via the single “Lemon Tree.” Their next studio effort, Go and Ask Peggy for the Principal Thing, appeared in 1997.
