Biography
The Austin, Texas-based project Govinda represents the work of multi-instrumentalist and composer Shane O'Madden. His 1998 debut O Earthly Gods and the next year’s Entwined & Entranced both showcase O'Madden fusing classical Indian and Asian traditions with beats rooted in drum & bass and trip-hop. Erotic Rhythms From Earth surfaced in spring 2001.
