Ahn Hye-jin, who records under the name Hwa Sa, works as a South Korean singer and songwriter both inside ensembles and on her own. She entered the world in Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do, and later earned her diploma from Wonkwang Information Arts High School. Her professional start arrived in 2014 as a member of the girl group Mamamoo. Five years after that introduction, she issued her first solo single, “Twit.” That release opened the door to a 2020 team-up with Dua Lipa, for which she supplied Korean-language verses on a remix of “Physical.” During the same twelve months she unveiled her opening EP, Maria, appeared on the variety program How Do You Play?, and became part of the supergroup Refund Sisters, whose single “Don't Touch Me” followed. The album Guilty Pleasure reached listeners in 2021.
