Lupita D'Alessio

Lupita d'Alessio ranks among the earliest voices in the feminist current that emerged inside Latin pop and ranchera. With candid and unvarnished depictions of romantic setbacks, the singer reached the emotions of countless women. Across her career she has committed hundreds of songs to tape, among them the well-known tracks "La Diferencia," "Inocente Pobre Amiga," "Mudanzas," and "Acariciame."
