Biography
Emerging in 1994, this grandiose Polish black metal band formed through the vision of founding members Peter on guitar, G'Ames on guitar, Jaro Slav on vocals, Jackie on bass, and Aemil on drums. The musicians aimed to abandon conventional death metal in favor of a more orchestrated and meticulously arranged approach. Within a year they brought keyboardist U'reck into the fold, initiating a series of personnel shifts that ultimately stabilized around core founders Peter and Jaro alongside guitar master Vogg and bassist Martin, both drawn from the Polish death metal band Decapitated. During 1997 the group laid down its debut album Dionysos for Pagan Records, beginning a string of releases on the label. By 2000 the band had completed four albums and entered a two-record agreement with the Portuguese imprint Maquiavel Music Entertainment.
