Malow Mac

Originally from Riverside, CA, after spending his earliest years in Los Angeles County, Latino MC Malow Mac took up rapping while still in his early teens. He later experienced a short period he calls “hustlin’,” then turned his life around soon after cutting his first tracks at the studio belonging to Lighter Shade of Brown’s DJ Fabe. Once news of his talent circulated, he joined Mr. Capone-E’s Hi Power Entertainment imprint, which was distributed through Thump, and issued several albums during the first half of the 2000s: Second Look in 2003, Sly, Slick and Wicked in 2005, and Playing for Keeps in 2007.
