Biography
Mario Rosenstock, an Irish comedian, musician, and impressionist, held a prominent position among the cast of the radio comedy series Gift Grub. This program, which satirized social, political, sporting, and cultural topics, showcased his skills as an impressionist through his portrayals of figures including Bertie Ahern, Gerry Adams, actor Colin Farrell, and sports icons like Roy Keane, the ex-Manchester United captain, along with Jose Mourinho—these impressions garnered him considerable recognition across Ireland. Notably, his take on Jose Mourinho earned approval from the real Chelsea Football Club manager, permitting the release of a parody single featuring that character. Thanks to the show's success, multiple compilation albums emerged beginning soon after its launch in 1999, culminating in the 2007 issuance of its eighth record, The G Factor.
