Biography
Mix Master Mike entered the world as Michael Schwartz in 1970 and first gained notice through membership in the Invisibl Skratch Piklz. The crew ranked among the era’s most celebrated DJ collectives, capturing three victories at the annual world scratching championship before organizers excluded them from further entries due to an absence of meaningful rivals. His debut arrived in 1996 under the title Michristmasterpiece Muziks Worst Nightmare, after which his abilities attracted the Beastie Boys. The group enlisted him as DJ for both their 1998 album Hello Nasty and its supporting tour. That same summer he released his second solo album, Anti-Theft Device.
