Mizmor

Enigmatic Portland, Oregon native A.L.N. conceived Mizmor as a solitary endeavor spanning doom, drone, and black metal. The project takes its name from the Hebrew word denoting "hymn," "chant," and "psalm." In 2012 Mizmor surfaced through a self-released debut album that carried the same title. Later EPs and split releases were gathered into the 2018 anthology Mishlei. The follow-up full-length Yodh appeared in 2016, the EP This Unabating Wakefulness arrived in 2018, and the live set Yodh: Live at Roadburn was documented the subsequent year. Cairn, another studio album, emerged in 2019.
