Mychelle, a soul singer and songwriter based in London, focuses her craft on languid romantic ballads that balance emotional fragility with resilience. Born in Hackney, one of London's boroughs, she began seriously learning guitar upon turning 17 and soon embraced performing on the streets throughout the metropolis. In 2019, an encounter with Idris Elba led to an invitation to contribute to his Yardie Mixtape at his recording facility. The subsequent period brought two extended plays: Closure in 2021 and Someone Who Knows in 2022.
