Biography
Established in Marrakesh during 1986, Nass El Hall delivers traditional peasant songs by drawing on an assortment of musical approaches that span both modern and longstanding traditions. Their shows occasionally split into two distinct segments, the first relying only on local acoustic instrumentation while the second deploys electric guitars and drum kits to bring a jazz-rock sound to the lyrics.
