Pelle Miljoona

Born as Petri Samuli Tiili on February 10, 1955, in Hamina, Finland, Pelle Miljoona surfaced as a Finnish punk legend upon issuing his first album in 1978. He sustained both visibility and popularity across the following decades while also issuing fiction as a published author. Fresh albums appeared at roughly yearly intervals from that point through the close of the century and afterward, with frequent changes in supporting musicians and releases appearing under assorted band identities. Standout commercial impact arrived with Moottoritie On Kuuma (1980), whose title track registered as a major hit and arguably the strongest of his output. The 2008 four-CD box set Olen Kaunis: Kaikki Laulut 1978-1980 gathered abundant recordings from his most vital years and entered the Top Ten upon arrival. Alongside his extensive recorded catalog, he began releasing novels in 1985.
