Richard Dobeson

Spanish composer Richard Dobeson merges the clarity of classical instrumentation with the depth of electronic textures, shaping sound worlds that feel both inventive and deeply human. Of Irish heritage, he makes his home in Madrid, where his personal studio serves as the base for works centered on themes of peace, love, and unity. These pieces draw from neo-classical, progressive, and art-rock palettes, yet they are defined above all by their cinematic character.

During his training at Escuela de Música Creativa (Madrid) he collaborated with figures such as Dani Martin of El Canto del Loco and studied under Jorge Cabadas, David Gwynn, Nano Rivarola, and Goya Award-winning Eva Gancedo. He continues to live and create in the Spanish capital. His drive, inventiveness, and dedication to composition keep expanding at a striking pace.
