Biography
Russil Paul, recognized as a new age musician and composer, channels the restorative and equilibrating qualities of sound through his compositions by applying the principles of shabda yoga and nada yoga that direct beneficial energy throughout the body. His early passion for music during childhood propelled him toward creating film scores until he spent five years residing and laboring as a monk inside a South Indian monastery. Following his return he integrated his creative skills with his spiritual path. Paul also invented the Unitar, a ten-stringed instrument similar to a sitar, deploying it across releases such as Bhava Yoga, Shakti Yoga, Nada Yoga and Shabda Yoga, all issued by the Relaxation Company.
