Emulating the defiant legacy of Houston's groundbreaking provocateurs the Geto Boys, Street Military sustain the city's reputation as a vital center of hip-hop innovation. The collective, formed by four MCs and DJ Icy Hott, issued its first album, Don't Give a Damn, in 1999 with backing from Wild Pitch Records.
