Biography
In the mid-1990s, San Francisco became the birthplace of punk revivalists the Peechees, built around vocalist Christopher Appelgren, guitarist Carlos Canedo, bassist Rop Vasquez, and Molly Neuman, the drummer previously known for her work in Bratmobile. Following their signing to Kill Rock Stars, the band issued its first album, Do the Math, in 1996, with the follow-up release Games People Play arriving the next year.
