Biography
Emerging in 1984 from the remnants of The Naughty Women, The Suicide Kings served as Los Angels' counterpart to The Heartbreakers and The Ronnets throughout their activities in the mid-80's. Over a four-year stretch of gigs spanning the West Coast, their raw and gritty rock and roll sound built a regional audience despite the absence of any album release or fixed lineup. Former members later established the acclaimed Humpers, while assorted demo and live recordings eventually appeared as "Teenage Disaster" via Sympathy for the Record Industry in early 1999.
