Biography
Formed as a jazz fusion ensemble, Vertú brought back together the celebrated rhythm section from Return to Forever, featuring bassist Stanley Clarke and drummer Lenny White, while incorporating guitarist Richie Kotzen, violinist Karen Briggs, and keyboardist Rachel Z. The group’s self-titled debut LP surfaced in mid-1999.
