We Are Wolves

Hailing from Canada, the electro/shout-punk trio We Are Wolves constructs towering layers of high-energy indie rock anchored in synthesizers and call-and-response vocals, recalling the approaches of Clinic, Suicide, and early New Order. This Montreal-based three-piece features Alex Ortiz on bass, guitar, and vocals, Vincent Levesque handling keyboards, beatbox, and vocals, and Antonin Marquis supplying drums and vocals. Their charged debut Non-Stop Je Te Plie en Deux appeared on Rykodisc's Fat Possum imprint in September 2005. Dare to Care issued a 7" single pairing "Fight and Kiss" with "Coconut 155" in August 2007, then issued the full-length Total Magique the next month.
