Biography
Apartment 26, an eclectic British metal outfit, fuses hard rock with drum 'n' bass and rave influences to create their intense sonic palette. Prior to issuing their first full-length record, Hallucinating, the five-piece lineup—featuring singer Biff along with guitar player Jon Greasley, bass player Louis Cruden, keyboardist A.C. Huckvale, and percussionist Kevin Temple—put out a self-released EP, which they peddled during their performances on the secondary stage of OzzFest '99. Additionally, the ensemble contributed tracks to the film scores of Heavy Metal 2 and Mission Impossible 2, while one of their compositions was included in the Playstation title Gekido. Coinciding with the mid-2000 launch of Hallucinating, Apartment 26 shared bills with System of a Down, Fu Manchu, Sevendust, Powerman 2000, and the Rollins Band.
