Bearsuit

U.K. indie collective Bearsuit fuses punk, disco, and pop into a lively, high-energy art rock mixture that comes paired with flamboyant performance outfits. The six-piece outfit, founded in 2001, includes Cerian Hamer on violin, cornet, and percussion, Lisa Horton handling vocals, keyboards, accordion, and percussion, Matt Hutchings on drums and percussion, Matthew Moss on bass, Jan Robertson playing flute, guitar, and percussion, and Iain Ross supplying vocals and guitar. In 2005 the group issued five singles and one EP before unveiling its first full-length album, Cat Spectacular!
