Biography
Flemish pop singer Born Crain first saw the light of day in Ghent during 1980. Early on he absorbed the sounds of Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, and Billy Joel, then trained at the Antwerp Jazz Studio before auditioning for the 2004 season of Idool and landing in fifth place. A brief spell as a studio engineer preceded the arrival of his debut album, Fools Rush In, in 2006; its third single, "Don't Ever Go," later served as the theme for Belgian TV series Aspe. Shortly before unveiling 2007’s The Pleasure of Your Company, he reached third position alongside Tess Goossens on Just the Two Of Us. After Anatomy appeared in 2010, his maiden chart-topper followed with the 2012 release Born in the USA.
