Biography
The Curse of the Golden Vampire originated in 1998 as a joint venture linking Techno Animal’s Kevin Martin and Justin K. Broadrick with Alec Empire. Their opening statement arrived as a self-titled album built on ferocious industrial-grade breakbeats, issued through Empire’s Digital Hardcore imprint and credited to Animal Empire. By 2003 the sequel, Mass Destruction, surfaced on Ipecac in Empire’s absence.
