Biography
Hailing from Memphis, guitar rock enthusiasts Eddie DeGarmo and Dana Key launched their musical journey by forming the Globe band at the start of 1972. Abandoning that project, they went on to establish a Christian rock ensemble initially known as the Christian Band, which they subsequently rebranded as DeGarmo & Key before the decade concluded. Their sound drew inspiration from acts like ZZ Top, Jimi Hendrix, ELP, among various others.
