Elvellon

Hailing from Germany, Elvellon emerged in 2010 as a symphonic metal ensemble skilled at merging the sweeping grandeur of classical music with the heavy guitar riffs and anthemic choruses of its metal counterpart. The lineup features powerhouse vocalist Nele Messerschmidt, guitarist Gilbert Gelsdorf, drummer Maddin Klüners, bassist Jan Runkel, and keyboardist Pascal Pannen. Their first extended play, Spellbound, surfaced in 2015, while the debut full-length Until Dawn arrived through Reaper Records in 2018. That album garnered recognition across the European symphonic metal scene, as did the band’s commanding live sets at RockHarz Festival, M'era Luna, and Rock Fest Barcelona. Elvellon signed with Napalm Records before unveiling its sophomore long-player. Released in 2024, Ascending in Synergy delivered a potent cinematic statement linking the formative era of symphonic metal to the scale and intensity of present-day power metal.
