Biography
Emerging onto the Spanish pop and rock landscape, the band Especialistas entered the regional circuit in the early '90s with the release of their self-titled debut album in 1991. Their sound incorporated Latin rock, rhumba/pop, electric funk, and African rhythms, leading them to record Vapor in 1993 before issuing Mundo Mundial in 1995 and Un Pez en Mi Maleta in 1998. Especialistas went on to deliver a strong performance at the Jerez Esparrago Rock Festival in 1999.
