Gambino

French rapper Gambino fuses pounding dancefloor rhythms, sharp rapid-fire delivery, and relentless choruses into an energetic style built for extended nights of celebration. Following numerous standalone tracks, he delivered his debut full-length project in the form of 2021's Galaxia.

Emerging from Marseille's rap community, Gambino launched his recording career near 2016 through an extended run of singles including "On est Day" and "La Grinta." Right away he concealed his identity behind a mask for every public image, lending secrecy to an otherwise outgoing musical approach. Key early successes arrived via a guest spot on JUL's 2018 cut "VNTM," followed in 2019 by "Alicante," which accumulated tens of millions of streams. Throughout 2020 he maintained a consistent output of new material, achieving over a million streams on songs such as "Miami City," "Palmiers ou favelas," and "Porto Rico." That same year he issued the debut album Galaxia via his independent imprint Total N'Dé Production, where it entered the French charts.
