Isaac Ortiz, the Puerto Rican singer, songwriter, and producer working in pop, trap, and urbano, records under the stage name iZaak. Initial recognition arrived during his teenage years as a member of the popular boy band Los Menores. The 2017 chart-topping single “Si Te Quedas” established him as a solo artist, a position he reinforced with later releases that included “No Me Dejes Solo” and the Millo Blanco EP, which appeared in 2024.

Raised in the central-eastern city of Gurabo, Ortiz first explored music through church singing. At fourteen he won the national talent contest Star Kids Fest, an achievement that opened the door to professional work; he joined Los Menores soon afterward. Three years later he signed a solo contract with White Lion, the label previously responsible for breaking Tego Calderón, Voltio, and Calle 13. His debut single “Si Te Quedas” quickly became a streaming sensation, prompting collaborations with Daddy Yankee, Sech, and Nicky Jam. Further hits followed, among them 2018’s “El Amor Se Cayó” and the 2019 tracks “Enchulao,” “Vacilón,” and “Fanática de Don.” In 2020 he extended his chart presence with “A Veces,” “Jockey,” and “Dale Con To,” the last of these pairing him with fellow Puerto Rican hitmaker Farruko. Additional partnerships—Jay Wheeler on “Finde,” Jerry Di on “Tranqui,” Lenny Tavarez on “Victoria,” and J Abdiel on “WYA”—solidified his reputation as a consistent urbano hitmaker, a standing further confirmed by the assured Millo Blanco EP released in 2024.
