Biography
Danish quartet Jackal, frequently mistaken for the flamboyant American hard rock outfit Jackyl, comprises vocalist Brian Rich, guitarist Benny Peterson, bassist Soren Hee Johansen, and drummer Per Fiske. Their music delivers an intense strain of Euro-metal whose chief distinctions lie in Peterson’s standout lead guitar and Rich’s commanding vocals, styled after Bruce Dickinson.
