Biography
Hailed in reviews for echoes that stretch from Mogwai all the way to the Appleseed Cast, the Swedish quartet Jeniferever comprises Kristofer Jönson on vocals and guitar, Martin Sandström on guitar, Olle Bilius handling bass and keyboards, and Fredrik Aspelin behind the drums. The atmospheric post-rock outfit first came together in 1996, though its debut EP did not appear until 2002; a split CD shared with the Next Autumn Soundtrack followed the next year. In 2005 the group delivered the Iris EP through Big Scary Monsters Records, and the full-length album Choose a Bright Morning surfaced in 2006 on Drowned in Sound.
