Swedish duo JUNG crafts melodic alt-pop that radiates uplift while weaving in folk, dance, and R&B textures. After several singles achieved viral traction in 2018, the pair issued their first album, Dreamers, in 2020 and followed it three years later with Cause in the End You Know That Everybody Dies.

Tom and Henrik Ljungqvist, brothers raised in Stockholm, developed an early fascination with music. A brief period spent in Vermont introduced them to Fleetwood Mac, Bon Iver, and the Killers. Back in Sweden they pursued separate projects, one of which saw Henrik co-found Join the Riot. By 2018 the siblings had launched JUNG and unveiled “Vera,” a track that quickly gathered thousands of streams. Additional releases arrived, among them “Wasteland” and the Clara Mae collaboration “Let Him Go.” Dreamers served as their 2020 debut full-length, while Cause in the End You Know That Everybody Dies appeared as their sophomore effort in 2023.
