Justin Prime

Dutch DJ and sound engineer Justin Prime, also known as Justin Putuhena, first gained attention through the 2012 track "Cannonball," a collaboration with EDM DJ Showtek. Having started DJing and producing at age 14, Putuhena steadily built his presence across the Dutch dance circuit during the 2000s. His first vinyl release, the 2005 12" "Control the Core," appeared under his birth name on the Dutch hardstyle imprint DJS. Around 2008 he began issuing material and performing under the Justin Prime moniker, earning recognition as one of Europe's foremost hardstyle DJs. Several singles issued on the Musical Madness label prompted EDM imprint Spinnin' Records to issue a remix package of "Cannonball" in 2013, followed by the 2014 single "Thunderbolt" that featured Sidney Samson.
