Biography
Drawing inspiration from Stevie Wonder, R. Kelly, Ne-Yo, and Usher, the singer/songwriter/producer Lee Carr made his first appearance on record in 2006 when his song "Act Like That" appeared on the Waist Deep soundtrack. Representatives from the Jive label approached Carr in 2008 and signed him in the parking lot immediately beside his day job. Later that summer the label issued his single "Stilettos".
