Biography
Lisa Angelle grew up in New Orleans, where her father’s work as a DJ and preacher alongside her mother’s roles as a singer, songwriter, and producer cultivated her broad musical tastes. She directed those tastes toward country songwriting for established artists such as Wynonna Judd, Trisha Yearwood, Kathy Mattea, and Tanya Tucker, later releasing her own self-titled album in 2000.
