Lookas

Producer Lucas Rego, who fuses trap and EDM in a manner reminiscent of Diplo while layering on a flashy Miami edge, stepped forward under the name Lookas from 2013 onward. His reworking of DVBBS & Borgeous's "Tsunami" seized dance floors throughout that period, and the following year Lookas stepped into the spotlight with the standalone track "Anger," which premiered on the BBC Radio 1 program Diplo & Friends. Later in 2014 he joined Sage the Gemini as a featured performer on Flo Rida's "GDFR." Additional singles that found favor arrived with "Apollo" in 2015 and "Can't Get Enough" in 2016. In 2018 he released the soulful, funky "Deep Breaths," which includes Cal.
