LORCA

José Alfonso Lorca, performing as Lorca, launched his professional path in 1995 as part of the pop/rock duo Ciencias Naturales. The pair’s recording was overseen by producer Miguel Angel Arenas. In 1998 the Spanish singer/songwriter struck out alone and delivered El Ultimo Quijote. A subsequent collaboration with la Oreja de Van Gogh’s Amaia Montero led to his first international release, a self-titled album that appeared in 2001.
