Biography
Hailing from Emden in northwestern Germany, Sierra Kid delivers introspective and down-to-earth rhymes. Born Manuel Jungclassen, he shaped his flow after studying tracks by German artists such as Kool Savas and MoTrip as well as Drake. A clip posted to YouTube in early 2013 spread gradually before drawing interest from fellow rappers and from the Indipendenza label, which later signed him. His debut EP, Kopfvilla, appeared near the end of that year. The album Nirgendwer arrived in 2014, when Sierra Kid was still a teenager.
