Biography
Slik Toxik originated in Toronto in 1988, created by guitarists Rob Bruce and Kevin Gale, vocalists Dave Mercel and Nick Walsh, bassist Pat Howarth, and drummer Neil Busby. Capitol/EMI offered the group a contract after hearing their demo tape, which led to the release of Doin' the Nasty in 1992.
