Biography
Some observers within the music business positioned the Rescues as the latest standard-bearers among the supergroups long associated with their home state, a lineage that includes the Eagles and Fleetwood Mac. The group consisted of three seasoned singer-songwriters whose individual résumés already included work alongside major rock figures such as Alanis Morissette, Sting, and the Rolling Stones. Adrianne, Kyler England, and Gabriel Mann issued their debut EP in January 2008 and devoted most of the remainder of that year to performances across the southeast. The trio later secured a deal with Red Wind, which issued the band’s first full-length album, Crazy Ever After, in September 2008; the single “Break Me Out” appeared at the same time.
