Trophy Wife

Forming the core of Trophy Wife, the Miami, FL-based ensemble assembled around 1996, Karen Feldner handles lead vocals. Her earlier tenure belonged to Natural Causes. Beyond singing, she plays keyboards and guitar with notable skill. Completing the roster are guitarist and bassist George Feldner, bassist Debbie Duke, guitarist Fernando Perdomo, and drummer Jordan Steel Lash. Toward the close of the 1990s, Trophy Wife delivered its self-titled debut to listeners. Whether captured on record or performed live, the band brings vigorous energy to selections such as "Altered Borg Machine," "Chemical Dependence," "Tasty Snacks," "Water Color Dreams," "Circus Mary," "Late Last Night," and the humorous number "Martha Stewart."
