Two Steps From Hell

Composers Nick Phoenix and Thomas J. Bergersen launched the Los Angeles-based production company Two Steps from Hell in 2006 to supply original scores for film trailers, video games, television programs, and other media projects. Demonstration albums appeared that same year, with commercially available collections following from 2010 onward; among the latter stood Invincible, a widely circulated anthology highlighting many of the group’s signature tracks. Battlecry, released in 2015, reached the Billboard 200 while claiming the top spot on the classical chart. Its 2017 successor, Vanquish, marked the outfit’s fifth consecutive entry on the Heatseekers Albums chart. Dragon, issued in 2019, showcased vocal performances by Felicia Farerre, Merethe Soltvedt, and Uyanga Bold.
