Biography
Originating from Atlanta, singer/songwriter Angie Aparo cultivated a loyal regional audience throughout the Southeast by means of regular, dedicated live appearances. After issuing his first independent recording, he joined forces with producer Matt Serletic in 1998 to shape the songs slated for his debut album. Early 2000 brought the release of The American, whose polished, up-to-date adult-alternative production stood in contrast to the largely solo acoustic approach of his prior work.
