Biography
In 1979 Cher joined forces with her boyfriend at the time, guitarist Les Dudek, to launch the pop/rock outfit Black Rose. Completing the roster were Warren Ham on vocals and guitar, Ron Ritchotte on guitar, Michael Finnigan on keyboards, Trey Thompson on bass, and Gary Ferguson on drums. The band issued only one album under its own name, after which the romance between Cher and Dudek ended and the group disbanded.
