Biography
In Los Angeles, dream pop duo Boardwalk unites multi-instrumentalist Mike Edge with vocalist Amber Quintero. Mutual friends brought the pair together, prompting the group’s formation in 2012. Their recordings blend lo-fi, ’60s-steeped psych pop, merging conventional instruments with keyboards and drum machines, a number of which Edge constructs himself. The self-titled debut album appeared on Stones Throw in 2013.
