Costumbre

The Norteño/tejano ensemble Costumbre originated when Zapata High School graduate Manuel Edgar Luján joined forces with Mexican native José Zamora, Jr. Their introductory project, a self-titled album, reached the public on October 5, 1999. Costumbre resurfaced in 2001 via Déjame Ser, which spotlighted Billboard's Hot Latin Track "Y Ya Después." Further releases encompassed Se Repite la Historia (2003), Fantasia (2005), and Entrégame (2006), after which three years elapsed before Siempre arrived in 2009.
