Biography
Daniella Mason, an alternative pop singer and songwriter known for her cool sophistication and understated electronic dance influences, initially drew notice through the 2014 release of "Shade of You." Building upon that viral success, she issued "Cruel Summer" as a single from her 2017 self-titled album. Residing in Nashville, Tennessee, she entered the music business by composing tracks for artists including Nick Jonas. Having grown up alongside the Jonas Brothers, she received an opportunity from Joe to join DNCE on tour. Her solo path commenced with "Shade of You," which garnered notice in 2014—the year she also opened for Demi Lovato during the spring tour dates. In addition, 2014 saw her put out a rendition of Paul McCartney's holiday classic "Wonderful Christmastime." Technicolour, an EP, came out in 2016, preceding her full-length self-titled debut album the next year.
